PARKING RULES
Parking Enforcement Policy
A new parking enforcement policy will go into
effect on December 15, 2008. Below is a description of the policy.
Parking Permits:
There will be three levels of parking permits:
-
Owner’s Permit: All owners are eligible for a non-transferable owner’s permit for their vehicle. Please note that if a permit is issued to an owner that will be the only permit issued for that unit.
-
Tenant Permit: A tenant permit is necessary for all tenants that have a vehicle on property from 15 days to one year. A $50.00 per year fee and a one time $50.00 deposit will be required of the tenant. Complete vehicle information must be on file in the office and a signature acknowledging receipt and understanding rules is required. These permits will be affixed and changed annually. Every permit holder will acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the parking rules and regulations. Three violations during a year will result in the revocation of the permits. If there is already an owner’s permit issued for this unit a tenant permit will not be issued until the owner’s permit is turned into the office.
- Vacation Permit: A permit for 1 to 14 days will be issued without charge to vacationers with rental cars provided they are registered in the office and provide all required information. Vacationers staying beyond two weeks will require a Tenant Permit. These permits will also require a signature of acceptance. Vacation Permits will be paper with complete vehicle information. If there is already an owner’s permit or tenant permit issued for the unit in question a vacation permit will not be issued until the other permit is turned into the office.
Enforcement:
Random checks of the parking from midnight until 7:00 am will result in booting or towing of vehicles in violation at that time. If your vehicle is booted or towed you will need to call Bobby’s Towing at 776-2515 or 690-4673
